All papers must be submitted in IEEE double-column format. The paper must be written in English language only. Use Times New Roman font, size 10pt for body text. Paper must be submitted in PDF format only. Do not include page numbers, headers or footers in your submission.
Full Paper: Minimum 6 pages, Maximum 8 pages
Short Paper: Minimum 4 pages, Maximum 5 pages
Poster Paper: Minimum 2 pages, Maximum 3 pages
Additional pages beyond the limit will be charged extra per page. References and acknowledgements are included in the page count.
Authors must use the official IEEE conference paper template for formatting their manuscript. Download the template from the IEEE website or contact the organizing committee at info@icnfcamsconference.com to receive the template directly. Submissions not following the template will be rejected without review.
All submitted papers must be original and unpublished work. Papers must not be under review at any other conference or journal at the time of submission. Plagiarism of any form is strictly prohibited. All papers will be checked using plagiarism detection software. Papers with similarity index above 20% will be rejected immediately without review.
All authors must be listed at the time of submission. Author names cannot be added or changed after acceptance. At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference. For student papers, student ID proof must be submitted along with the paper. Author affiliations and email addresses must be clearly mentioned.
Every paper must include a structured abstract of 150 to 250 words. The abstract must clearly state the purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion of the research. A minimum of 5 and maximum of 8 keywords must be provided below the abstract. Keywords must be relevant to the paper content and conference topics
All references must follow IEEE citation format. Minimum 15 references are required for a full paper. References must be numbered in the order they appear in the text. Self-citation should not exceed 20% of total references. Include DOI numbers for journal articles wherever available.
Papers must be submitted only through the official conference submission portal. Email submissions will not be accepted. Each author can submit a maximum of 3 papers. Submission implies that at least one author will register and present if accepted. Authors will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of successful submission.
All accepted papers must be presented at the conference either on-site or virtually. Presentation time is 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. Authors must submit their presentation slides at least 3 days before the conference. Papers not presented at the conference will be removed from the proceedings. Virtual presenters must ensure stable internet connection and working audio/video.
All research involving human subjects must have appropriate ethics approval. Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest at the time of submission. Data fabrication, falsification or manipulation is strictly prohibited. Any violation of ethical standards will result in immediate rejection and may be reported to the author's institution.
A complete research paper presenting original and significant contributions to the field. Must include introduction, literature review, methodology, results, discussion and conclusion. Suitable for completed research with validated results and findings.
A concise research paper presenting preliminary findings, work in progress, or focused contributions. Must include clear problem statement, methodology and initial results. Suitable for ongoing research projects and emerging ideas.
A comprehensive review and analysis of existing literature in a specific research area. Must cover minimum 50 recent references published in last 5 years. Must provide critical analysis, comparison and future research directions. Suitable for researchers with deep domain expertise.
A detailed analysis of a real world implementation, problem or scenario in Communication, Automation, Management or Security. Must include problem background, implementation details, results and lessons learned. Suitable for industry professionals and applied researchers.
A visual presentation of research ideas, early stage work or experimental results. Authors will present their work during the dedicated poster session at the conference. Suitable for PhD students, early stage researchers and innovative concept proposals.
A research paper where the primary author is a currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate student. Must be submitted with valid student ID proof. Eligible for Best Student Paper Award. Must be supervised by a faculty member whose details must be included in submission
A paper describing practical industry experience, innovation, product development or technology implementation. Must focus on real world challenges and solutions. Suitable for corporate R&D professionals and industry practitioners. Technical details must be clearly mentioned.
